I was surprised at how useful the gleaned information would become in my day to day office work setting. For some unknown reason I thought the series would be boring; it was anything but. With my new found knowledge, I foresee even better outcomes!
-Angela C.
This has been a wonderful way to get to know my fellow staff members better, and to better understand their strengths, weaknesses, and what makes them tick. I can already see the results in interactions between them! They seem closer, more understanding and more willing to assist each other. They all have only positive things to say about Working Genius and what it has done for them personally. I highly recommend it to any organization that wants to strengthen their teams and outcomes.

Working Genius taught me a ton about myself! Justin helped me understand how my different gifts and competencies could be used to their fullest, and also gave me the tools to overcome some of my frustrations! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to understand their strengths and weaknesses and how best to use them in their relationships or their work.
